This is a one of a kind, 5”x7” unframed painting that says “have a mindful mindset”. It works great on its own but can also be part of a set! It was painted using vibrant watercolors and is on thick watercolor paper.
I have always had a passion for making art and have come to absolutely love doing hand-lettering and working with watercolors. I also have a passion for mental health. Something that has helped me through difficult times is coming up with affirmations to encourage myself and then painting them. I stray away from the term “positive affirmation” because sometimes that can be a little loaded. Instead, I like to call them “wellbeing affirmations” because they exist to help you no matter what kind of mental place you are in.
